HTC One X: HTC bestätigt WLAN-Probleme

Das HTC One X hat WLAN-Probleme. Diese treten jedoch nicht bei allen Usern auf, laut HTC sind auch nur eine kleine Anzahl des Smartphone davon betroffen. HTC hat die Probleme bereits zugegeben. Daraufhin wurde der Herstellungsprozess des HTC One X geändert, so dass die WiFi Probleme der Vergangenheit angehören sollen.

Die Probleme mit dem WLAN des HTC One X sind ähnlich die des bekannten "Death Grip". Berührt man das Smartphone an bestimmten Stellen, so verschlechtert sich die WLAN-Verbindung des HTC One X oder bricht gar ab. Vermutlich ist sogar ein Hardware-Fehler des HTC One X für dieses Problem verantwortlich.

"After investigating isolated reports of WiFi connectivity issues in the HTC One X, we have identified a fix that strengthens the area of the phone around the WiFi antennae connection points. While many customers have not experienced any problems with signal strength, we have taken immediate steps to implement a solution in our production process to prevent this issue from happening in the future. HTC is committed to making sure every customer has a great experience and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused while we conducted a thorough investigation."

HTC One X WLAN Probleme bereits behoben

So das offizielle Statement von HTC zum WiFi-Problem des HTC One X. Wenn ihr auch von diesem Problem betroffen seid, solltet ihr euch an den HTC Support wenden. Ein Umtausch des HTC One X dürfte wohl dann die einzig sinnvolle Lösung sein.
